Rx division WODs will be attainable for most intermediate level athletes, we are programming WODs that require strategy and not just brute force strength and endurance. Using this concept they will not only be attainable for most intermediate level athletes that meet the movement requirements but will also be challenging for the most advanced athletes participating. Some of the workouts may be in a more specialized setup where each member might not be required to do all movements, instead a team would be able to designate their best athlete for a certain task. Because of this the requirements are split into 2 sets. The first is movement requirements that all athletes must meet for the division, the other are movements that may be utilized in a manner where only 1 person would need that movement/skill.

The Workout Formats
In year’s past, some competition movements included: railroad tie flips and carries, pull ups on skidsters, sandbag carries, tire swings, and the famous hill run which makes even the strongest competitor quiver in their work boots. The workouts will be designed to make this all levels division competitive and fun. The concept behind the workouts will make competing attainable for the most beginner level athlete while challenging the high elite level athlete.
